Our Coronation Day

After the SATs tests were over, we could finally enjoy our Coronation celebration. To start, the children had a special lunch, fit for a king. We then decorated the hall in glorious red, white and blue and displayed all our works of art. At 2pm we were thrilled to welcome family members to watch our Coronation Assembly, before enjoying a royal afternoon tea. 

Class 2 created artwork inspired by the Crown Jewels. We learnt the history of the different crowns and drew our own crown using metallic pencils.
