Lesson: Literacy

Class: Class 2 Year: 2022 - 2023

Class 2 began their new Literacy topic this week with a lesson in which they practised their engineering skills. They were given the brief to design an opening bridge which could carry a toy car using only card, string and tape. We had so much fun and demonstrated excellent teamwork skills. We had to be resilient when our ideas didn't quite work according to plan, and find an alternative solution.
We look forward to continuing to learn about Tower Bridge, writing a descriptive text and exploring the character of Rosie Revere.
