Mrs Williams Visit to Class 3

Lesson: Science

On Thursday 3rd December, Class 3 had a special visitor in to teach them about the eye and how we see as part of our topic, ‘Look, Hear’. Mrs Williams is an ophthalmic nurse at Manchester Royal Eye Hospital and she brought a model of an eye to teach the children. The children got to take apart the model and put it together again learning the names of the different parts. Mrs Williams also answered all of the children questions and told them about her role at the Eye hospital. We all had lots of fun and learnt a lot too.
