EYFS Hatching Project

Class: Class 1 Year: 2021 - 2022

The children were very excited to arrive in school today to find an incubator full of eggs! Plus a very unusually large egg in our new dinosaur role play area...

The children have come up with lots of interesting ideas about what animals might be growing inside the eggs and this curiosity will be the starting point for our new topic. 

We have also enjoyed watching the progression of our bluetit nest as they continue building it; we look forward to her laying her eggs hopefully sometime this week!

It is a very egg based week here in Reception!
