Class: Class 1 Year: 2017 - 2018

Today we linked our learning to the story of Easter and the symbols that represent some of the key events that happened over Easter. We focussed on Good Friday and we made hot cross buns to remind us of the crucifixion. We then looked at Easter eggs as being the symbol of new life and we linked this to Easter Sunday. 

We talked about our Christian value of forgiveness and how Jesus taught us this throughout the story of Easter.

We baked our hot cross buns and enjoyed them warm whilst talking about our own Easter traditions.
