Fairtrade and AZ Science

The Federation children had a super Thursday with two exciting events taking place.

During the school day the two School Councils met with children from other schools in Bollington to take part in a Fairtrade event at the Co-op. The children went on a Fairtrade hunt around the store and even managed to bring some Fairtrade chocolate, tea, coffee, sugar and bananas back to each school.

Then after school the termly AZ Science Club met at St John's for invited KS2 children. Again the children from Bollington came together, but this time to explore gasses. It was a wonderful event.
