European Day of Languages

Lesson: Languages

Today, we celebrated European Day of Languages, alongside our Global Link school in Romania.  We had a wonderful day, discussing the importance of language learning, celebrating our cultural differences and even learning a little bit of various languages!

We made a huge whole school paper chain of flags from countries in the European Union. Class 4 wrote to their penpals in Romania, learning a little bit of Romania. We are looking forward to a joint project linked to the global goals.
