Class 2 2024 - 2025

Hello and welcome to Class 2. 

My name is Mr Hanson and I will be teaching Class 2, which is made up of 33 fantastic children. Mrs Woolley and Mrs Moisei will be in our classroom to help us with our learning. 

On this page you will be able to view our class documents. (We are on Cycle B in our Long Term Planning.)

This half term we are exploring lots of exciting topics in Maths. We are using our new phonics scheme, Read Write Inc, to help us with our reading and writing. In Science, our topic is Habitats. 

PE is on Monday afternoons and this term, forest school sessions will take place on Friday mornings, beginning on the 17th of January. Our curriculum this year is very exciting and we cannot wait to combine our learning with lots of classroom fun! 

Book change day is Thursday and spelling tests will be on Fridays. 

Our Christian value this term is thankfulness.
