Elderflower Cordial

Class: Class 1 Year: 2018 - 2019

Whilst out on the Middlewood Way today we found some elderflowers. We picked several bunches and once back at school we covered them with hot water and lemon zest for the night. Tomorrow we will boil them with sugar and lemon juice and enjoy it as a cordial once it has cooled.
