Egg Arrival

Class: Class 1 Year: 2022 - 2023

We have returned to school to find an exciting new arrival!

In our incubator there are 6 beautiful eggs and in just two more weeks we will be the proud parents of ducklings (the children have been kept in the dark about the identity all week so we could spend our time researching and predicting). 

The children have candled the eggs to check on the development of the embryos and so far, they are all growing well! 

We are also very excited to see that our bluetit family have returned and are very busily preparing their nest. We have given them a helping hand by distributing feathers and hay around our garden. 

We expect to see the eggs in a week or so and we'll keep you updated on their progress.
