This week in Reception we have learnt all about the Hindu festival of Diwali. We have focused on the traditions, including music, food, clothes and celebrating with fireworks. We have learnt all about the story of Rama and Sita and we made diva lamps and Rangoli patterns using clay and mehndi designs for hands. 
It is always a wonderful week looking at this beautiful festival of light and we've really enjoyed every minute.
