Today we enjoyed a visit from author Sarah Cauldwell who came to St John's to read her new book, ‘The Adventures of Amelie and Albie.'
 
This is a rhyming tale about a little girl called Amelie and her best friend Albie the dragon, who are out on their daily adventures.
The book is aimed at educating children about Autism & Epilepsy, and being accepting friends.

Sarah answered lots of the children’s questions and taught them some sign language. We are looking forward to welcoming her back to read her second book all about Amelie and Albie building their own sensory den. This focuses on children with ADHD and sensory processing difficulties.
