Our Trip to Macclesfield Museum

This week as part of our topic 'Time Detectives' we visited the museum in Macclesfield. We thoroughly enjoyed our day pretending to be Victorian children. We engaged with lots of exciting activities, such as; a typical day at school, visiting the cottage of a poor family, dressing up and looking at toys from many years ago. Class 1 were really able to step back in time and understand what it would have been like to be a child in the Victorian times.
