Class 2 Bridge Spotting and Soap Opera

As part of our literacy topic all about bridges, we went on a walk down the Middlewood Way to have a look at the stone arch bridge. We learnt all about the bridge, when it was built and what it was originally used for. We sketched the bridge and took stone rubbings from the viaduct. We have used this trip to write a recount. 

We are also delighted to have recorded the first episode of our Happy Valley Soap Opera. The video has been sent to all parents.
