British Science Week

Lesson: Science

Today marks the start of British Science Week, which lasts until 20th March. We have loads of activities planned next week linked to this year’s theme of Growth. To launch the event Mr Duffy gave a presentation to Class 4 on space and the James Webb telescope. 

Next week there will be different activities occurring in all classes:

Monday – Mars Day and some children will be attending a virtual presentation at 11am.

Class 1 – The children will be exploring Mars Day and looking at plant growth throughout the week.

Class 2 – Pupils will be making Martian models and looking at Martian habitats.

Class 3 – The class will be exploring biomes, and the Martian landscape.

Class 4 – Children will be focussing on mass and weight and Newton metres.
