Revised School Food Regulations

From 13th December 2014, the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation (EU FIC) came into force.  These European rules are to be enforced in the UK by the Food Information Regulations 2014 (RIF).

The EU law has listed 14 allergens that need to be identified if they are used as ingredients in a dish.

Our current dishes and their allergen content are listed below.  This is for our current (Autumn/Winter 16/17) menu.  This will be updated as the menu changes.
